 For the first time ever, MNA and AFP are collaborating to honor philanthropic and nonprofit impact in Montana by merging MNA’s Annual Conference Reception and AFP’s Annual Awards Dinner into one meaningful event. Together, we will showcase a combination of individuals and organizations that embody the spirit of philanthropy and nonprofit leadership in Montana.

Change Agent of the Year (nonprofit innovation award)
Celebrates a nonprofit organization that created positive and significant change by unifying people and organizations around a cause.

Small but Mighty (small nonprofit award)
Honors a nonprofit organization with an annual budget of $250,000 or less that has made major contributions to the population it serves.

Building the Bench (emerging leadership award)
Acknowledges a nonprofit organization that has engaged and developed its leadership to advance its mission.

Leading the Way (board leadership award)
Tributes a nonprofit organization board that has demonstrated exceptional leadership in organization-wide accountability, transparency, effectiveness, and ethical behavior.

Champion for the Common Good (advocacy award)
Recognizes a nonprofit organization whose work has resulted in significant progress on a public policy issue.

PHILANTHROPIC IMPACT AWARDS

Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser Award
Honors an individual that has exceptional leadership skills in coordinating volunteers for major fundraising projects of one or more nonprofit organizations.

Outstanding Philanthropist Award
Presented to an individual or family with proven record of exceptional generosity who, through direct financial support, has demonstrated outstanding civic service.  

Outstanding Corporation Award
Showcases a corporation or corporate foundation that has shown immense commitment to philanthropy in Montana.

Outstanding Fundraising Professional Award
Celebrates the individual fundraising professional that practices in an exemplary manner.

Outstanding Youth Award
Recognizes service by a young person up to age 23 who demonstrates outstanding commitment to the community through direct financial support, development of charitable programs, volunteering and leadership in philanthropy.
