Workplace Discrimination Town Hall

May 12, 2022 @ 2:00 pm 3:00 pm

Free

Navigating discrimination law is complicated. Join MNA and the Montana Human Rights Bureau for an informative session on the discrimination laws enforced in Montana, the administrative process for filing complaints, and understanding protected classes. We’ll also cover nonprofit best practices for avoiding and handling discrimination complaints filed with the state.

Andria Hardin is the Targeted Equitable Relief & Training Coordinator for the Montana Human Rights Bureau. Prior to taking on this role, she investigated and mediated discrimination cases at the Bureau. Before moving to the great state of Montana, Andria worked as a Staff Attorney for Georgia Legal Services Program, practicing law primarily in the field of family law. She received her Juris Doctor from University of Denver and her undergraduate degree in International Business from San Diego State University.
