MNA Business / Nonprofit Financial & Strategic Planning Workshop, Baker MT

Join the Montana Nonprofit Association and the O’Fallon Historical Museum for these FREE community workshops in Baker on on Financial Leadership and Strategic Planning for nonprofits, businesses or community leaders.
Along with MNA Executive Director Adam Jespersen, you’ll learn the Board’s role in financial leadership, understanding and analyzing nonprofit financial statements, and discussing best practices for the purpose and function of the finance committee in support of the Board’s work. The morning session will include open time for a work session on either financial reporting or finance committee structure.
Please bring your laptop, your most recent org budget, and your most recent completed financial statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet).

The afternoon session will focus on thinking for the future with strategic and business planning for organizational sustainability.
9:30-11:00 – Financial Leadership
11:00-12:00 – Financial Work Session
12:30-2:00 – Strategic Planning 101

You can attend any or all of the workshops throughout day. This event is completely FREE, though pre-registration is preferred.
Refreshments and lunch will be available.
