Helena Police Department and Grant Management USA will present a two-day grant management workshop in Helena, MT – October 20-21, 2025. This in-person training is for grant recipient organizations across all disciplines. Attend this class and you’ll learn how to administer government grants, stay in compliance with current OMB rules and regulations, and survive an audit.

- Examples of documentation for narrative reports, personnel, contracts

Audience:
Beginning and experienced grant managers, grant writers and administrators from city, county and state agencies, healthcare organizations, public safety, colleges and universities, K-12, and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to attend.
Speaker:
Terri Grissom is a retired educator with more than 15 years of K-12 and higher education teaching experience. She has been in the grant field for more than 38 years and has served in the role of grant project director, project evaluator, grant writer, grant manager, and federal peer reviewer. She has successfully secured more than $720 million in foundation, state, and federal grant funds and continues to donate her time as a grant writer for several non-profit organizations and state agencies.
