  • Learn some best practices that help maintain an inclusive workplace culture, navigate a politically challenging environment, and frame your work

Presenter: Dylan Hale Thornton

Dylan Hale Thornton graduated from Montana State University- Bozeman in 2004, earning degrees in literature and anthropology. He’s worked as an archaeologist, outdoor industry professional, small business owner, nonprofit professional, and founded Hale Creative Consulting, providing social responsibility solutions for the outdoor industry and beyond. Dylan currently works with a wide variety of nonprofit organizations and municipal initiatives focused on creating more equitable and inclusive communities.
