What is CHCM?
The Community Health Corps Montana (CHCM) AmeriCorps Program is dedicated to collaboratively advancing sustainable solutions to the state’s most pressing health challenges. Our AmeriCorps members will conduct their service terms with community organizations, referred to as host sites, to enhance mental health and substance use disorder resources, improve chronic disease prevention and management, and address social determinants of health.
What is a CHCM Host Site?
A host site is an organization that provides AmeriCorps members with a meaningful service experience while supporting the program’s mission. Host sites collaborate with the AmeriCorps program to ensure a structured and supportive environment for members.
For Potential Host Sites:
- 30 min Host Site Interest Call 9 am Wednesday, September 17th.
- Application opens September 19th.
For Potential Members:
- Member Interest Form – Now reopened
- 30 min Member Interest Call 9 am Monday, September 29th.
- Applications open October 3rd.
